From stopping in to see the different Elantra models, to taking a test drive, to finally leasing the car Patrick was attentive but not pushy. He remained in contact with me as I went through my process and did not use any hard sell technique on me. Had he done so, I would have walked. I have dealt with the Crown service department while I owned my Sonata and found them to be very reputable.
