Buyer beware! Just to be clear, Florida is a dealer only state. That means a dealer has to call to get your payoff. So if the person working your deal tells you your payoff, you have to take that on faith. Crown told me the number, I signed the paperwork. Months later I found out from credit karma that Hyundai had sent me to collections for an unpaid balance. Crown was a payment short. I called and talked to the finance manager, he told me I signed the paperwork that showed how much they would pay. Now Hyundai won't repair my credit unless they get a letter from Crown. This has been going on for a year. DO NOT trust these people. Update: After I posted my review the GM reached out to me. I tried several times to get a hold of him with no luck. Finally I reached him and he said he would look into it. I never heard back. When I tried to reach him again I had to leave a voicemail. He responded with a voicemail saying he had emailed me. I then had to respond with voicemail stating I hadn't received email, could he give me a date and time, so I could check all my folders. Nothing. I'll say again. SHADY, DO NOT TRUST. More

MARIO POZZI WAS VERY COURTIOUS AND ENERGETIC I CAME IN TO BUY A JEPP 2016 SPORT AND HAD A 2012 TOYOTA TUNDRA FOR TRADE. I SAID WHAT I WANTED AND WAS OUT WITH MY NEW VEHICAL WITHIN 30 MINUTES. Having just moved here f Yet another outstanding car purchase from a Hyundai dealer. The lease for my wife's Elantra GT matured the beginning of July. Having just moved here from Nebraska, I was hoping to duplicate the outstanding customer service and attentiveness I had received for the past 10 years from our Hyundai dealership there. I was very impressed by Anthony Capwell upon my initial visit. He was very professional yet personable. Someone I felt comfortable dealing with. His only concern was finding the specific vehicle we had in mind, a red Kona. They did not have a red one on the lot, but Anthony assured us he could have one in a day or two. We left a little disappointed but that turned to excitement when he called an hour later and said that they would have a red Kona with the options we wanted on the lot in about 2 hours. This would put us close to closing time but Anthony insisted that if we wanted to close the deal, he would stay as long as necessary (along with the Finance manager) to get us in our vehicle. Unheard of in this day and age. We have had our Kona for a month now and absolutely LOVE it!!!!!! Thank you Crown Hyundai for exceeding already high expectations and continuing my loyalty to the Hyundai brand and your dealership through the exceptional service and attention provided by Mr. Capwell. All was great until transactions were handed over to the Financial Services Manager Mark Bowen. He seemed very uninformed about how to properly transfer a title over to another state. On top of that, he was terrible at communicating, and therefore I could not register my car in a different state until four months after purchasing the vehicle because of 'miscommunication'. The sales consultants at this dealership know what they are doing, but it seems like the financial services portion is unfamiliar with the basic elements of out-of-state financial transactions and the transfer of titles across state lines. Would not recommend going to this dealership if you are purchasing a vehicle for out-of-state use. More

Great! I visited this location three times, and every time John Young assisted me. I knew exactly want I needed and wanted and John did great with assisting I visited this location three times, and every time John Young assisted me. This was my first time ever coming to a dealership , so I was definitely skeptical. Due to past experiences at buy here pay here places. Found the perfect car I had initially looked at the Hyundai Tuscon. I ended up with the Santa Fe Sport. I wanted it in red and with certain other specifications.
