He was attentive and informative about the vehicle that I was interested in buying, and was very professional. All was great until transactions were handed over to the Financial Services Manager Mark Bowen. He seemed very uninformed about how to properly transfer a title over to another state. On top of that, he was terrible at communicating, and therefore I could not register my car in a different state until four months after purchasing the vehicle because of 'miscommunication'. The sales consultants at this dealership know what they are doing, but it seems like the financial services portion is unfamiliar with the basic elements of out-of-state financial transactions and the transfer of titles across state lines. Would not recommend going to this dealership if you are purchasing a vehicle for out-of-state use. More

We We were met at the door by Theresa Laska, and she's the best ! There was no high pressuring, and she gave us all the information we requested. We weren't completely sure, when we went in, as to what model of the Hyundai Kona that we wanted, so we kept going back & forth and she never got tired of us changing our minds. She was so pleasant to talk with & we felt she was truly interested in getting us into the car that we wanted with only the extra features that we truly needed. Thank you, Theresa ! More
