I was very pleased with the speed of response for my minor window opening/closing problem, and the quick remedy by Austin Carr and a technician. . I was not happy with the sales pitch given when I was w minor window opening/closing problem, and the quick remedy by Austin Carr and a technician. . I was not happy with the sales pitch given when I was waiting in the service line. I didn’t want to buy a new car and Mark C. kept after me to look at a Crown. I felt obligated to look even though I have no desire to buy a new car. When you say No, you should be left alone. More
