When I went here several months ago for service I did not have a good experience; they kept me waiting a long time and were very disorganized. This was after years of being a customer, but my regular Service have a good experience; they kept me waiting a long time and were very disorganized. This was after years of being a customer, but my regular Service guy had left. I went there yesterday and worked with Mark, who was exceptional! Everything went perfectly and I barely had any wait time at all. They also got my car done sooner than I expected. I will continue going and specifically ask for Mark! More

I reviewed the inspection report after returning home as we didn’t discuss it at the dealership. I see that the air filter needs immediate attention. Had I known this while at the dealership I would have as we didn’t discuss it at the dealership. I see that the air filter needs immediate attention. Had I known this while at the dealership I would have asked to have it replaced. I don’t have easy access to this car as our daughter drives it and she lives a distance from us and we don’t see her on a weekly basis. Changing it will have to wait. It’s not a big deal just an unnecessary inconvenience, everything else was good. More
