Had to take my car in for service and I'm always worried when taking my car to the dealer but my service advisor Mark Castleman was awesome, to say the least. Melissa is fantastic. I arrive she checks me in....sets up a Lyft to get to work.. Calls to let me know the status normally done in about a couple more hours....so she s I arrive she checks me in....sets up a Lyft to get to work.. Had an issue with my driver’s side window that needed to be repaired right away. Our service advisor Mark Castleman had us bring in the car right away without an appointment (just before closing time) and t be repaired right away. A 2 hour wait for an oil change is totally unacceptable in my books! I had a 7:20 a.m. appointment and thought I would be done by 8:30 but instead I didn't get out of there until 9:40 a.m.!!
