Thank you for your response. Your service advisor (nice lady) kept me informed but she could do nothing about the wait. As a matter of fact even though I was first customer she did inform me it would be at least an hour. I wonder what the wait is if you show up around nine am? I have no Idea who Mark Chitwood is but since you asked I assumed he is shop manager, hence the one star. Your competition offers an oil change in thirty minutes.
