I was sold a “new” car that after I signed the papers was told it had 138 miles on it. It had “Alex’s” phone paired to it. The back rear interior window needed a needed a deep clean despite the dealer “ taking it to clean it” while I was waiting for financing. Financing took over an hour to hand over a check. My husband who had to wait with me was not happy. I was told about car doc a maintenance service that comes with the car for the first year by financing not the salesperson. I had wanted my new car to have blind spot monitoring and remote start and this car did not have these things. Overall I feel like the salesperson failed me. I got a used car at the new car price.
