I was sold a “new” car that after I signed the papers was told it had 138 miles on it. It had “Alex’s” phone paired to it. I declined a test drive but shouldn’t have had to investigate the car myself. The ba told it had 138 miles on it. It had “Alex’s” phone paired to it. The back rear interior window needed a needed a deep clean despite the dealer “ taking it to clean it” while I was waiting for financing. Financing took over an hour to hand over a check. My husband who had to wait with me was not happy. I was told about car doc a maintenance service that comes with the car for the first year by financing not the salesperson. I had wanted my new car to have blind spot monitoring and remote start and this car did not have these things. Overall I feel like the salesperson failed me. I got a used car at the new car price.
