My husband who had to wait with me was not happy. I was told about car doc a maintenance service that comes with the car for the first year by financing not the salesperson. I had wanted my new car to have blind spot monitoring and remote start and this car did not have these things. Overall I feel like the salesperson failed me. I got a used car at the new car price.
