Disappointed with this dealership and Honda/Acura as a whole. I brought my TLX for an issue and was told the passenger front belt molding was "deformed" (when you tell someone that's been in the industry whole. I brought my TLX for an issue and was told the passenger front belt molding was "deformed" (when you tell someone that's been in the industry something is deformed, it means a manufacturer defect). I agreed to pay the $400+ to "fix" the issue. A few days later, I go wash my car, we're back to square one where my windows won't work, they either get stuck in the up position or down (drivers front always works). Brought it in last week and was told it's the main master switch that was causing all these issues and magically it's covered under my CPO warranty. I was over all this going back and forth with the dealership giving me the run around and taking my money and I still have the same exact issue as I originally did since day one. They're all liars, the tech and service manager both told Honda the total opposite of what my original complaint was, just so they don't have to refund me what I've paid. I'm glad I left the brand. Be careful with this place, they'll lie and tell you things aren't covered just to pay out of pocket then you'll have the same issue, then magically it's covered by your CPO or extended warranty. They're more like part changers vs problem solvers. More

This was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve done! Lance had everything ready to go, and Myles had me in and out in record time! I bought my first Acura-a 2003 TL from Muller’s and have been with them ever since! They are outstanding! Mark is the service manager and never fails to greet me warmly and makes a point to chat with me. Ke been with them ever since! They are outstanding! Mark is the service manager and never fails to greet me warmly and makes a point to chat with me. Ken is who I see when I bring the car in for any service and is always friendly. My cars have always been so reliable-it’s just usually just maintenance which I always do. I’ve had several sales people but this time I had Lance who was just outstanding! His knowledge of Acuras is amazing and really went out of his way to answer all my questions. I so appreciated it! I’ve always dealt with Miles in finance and I can’t sing his praises enough! He has become a friend and always greets me when I come in. I went to several other dealerships before buying my 2025, but I never got the same feeling walking in there as I do at Muller’s. That was a huge consideration for me. I have to drive a bit to get to Muller’s but it is so worth my time for such excellent service!! Thank you all! More

Poor service and shady finance managers. Service department did not properly tighten the drain plug and leaked out oil nor did they replace the dip stick.
