AWESOME Sales and Service In September 2018, after much research, I purchased a used Ford Focus at Flammer Ford of Spring Hill. The sales team was great, the courtesy shuttle d In September 2018, after much research, I purchased a used Ford Focus at Flammer Ford of Spring Hill. The sales team was great, the courtesy shuttle driver, Bonnie, was great, and the comfortable, spacious waiting room has THE most awesome coffee/cappuccino machine. Shortly after my 90 day warranty expired, thanks to a friend driving my car we discovered an issue. We immediately brought it to Flammer Ford's attention...they checked into the issue and promptly corrected it at no charge to me. WOW! That happened around Christmas time, and the main showroom was filled with children's bicycles and other toys. Apparently Flammer has a tradition of providing bicycles and toys to needy children. It's good to support businesses that care. I went back recently for my complimentary first oil change and, again, the service department was great. I had driven over a curb and dislodged a piece of the frame below the driver's side door (sigh). The service department clipped that back on at no charge. WOW WOW WOW! I highly recommend Flammer Ford of Spring Hill. More

I've had my previous vehicle serviced here and I was never bothered into buying a new car, never had to wait long, nor have a gotten a list of how my car is falling apart. I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle and I have no complaints and nothing could have been better. Mark was pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. It is by far the only dealership I have ever enjoyed going to and with continue to do so. More
