Arriving in 1964, Mark’s family found a home in Harvard, Massachusetts. He began to make his mark by washing cars at Gervais Dodge in 1969. In 1988 Mark’s love of the area inspired him to build a home in Ayer. Since then he has become an admired member of the community and has served on the Ayer planning board for over 10 years. However, it was his passion for cars that made Mark a name for himself here at Gervais with over 40 years in our Service Department. Our Gervais Family grew as Mark’s two sons took after their dad and joined the Gervais family, part-time, through high school and college. His newest endeavor at Gervais is in Sales where he is ready to be your guide through the automotive world. You can always find Mark out and about with his dog Coco, or on the green swingin’ a club with his 2 sons. Stop by Gervais Ford and say hi. Mark will great you with a warm smile.

Not your typical car shopping experience I have never had so much fun in any shopping environment, let alone buying a car. Mark made the mistake of making eye contact with me when I first wal I have never had so much fun in any shopping environment, let alone buying a car. Mark made the mistake of making eye contact with me when I first walked in and it was like we were meant to be from the beginning. Very loose conversation, great sense of humor, and no pressure in the least. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience at all. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, but also posed a unique sell as I had two vehicles that I was looking to trade in. He did everything he could to make this process easy and was also very fair in the trades. John Gervais got involved towards the end and was equally as fun and charasmatic as Mark. In the end, I left with a new car and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I will absolutely be back for my next car if we are still in the area. More

A low stress experience... (Key to Gervais Success) Whenever I’m in the market for a new car or truck. I always go to Gervais Ford first. I like to keep my business as local as possible. Need time to think about what you’re doing, they will give you that and more. So that’s why I never had a need to go any ware else. Services for my 2013 F150 XLT Service was great!!! had talk to mark the day before and service was done on Saturday morning.
