Best Auto Purchase Experience Ever!!! My first experience was with Joe Marullo in service to price maintenance work. I was very impressed with his honesty, reasonable prices and customer service. I immediately started using this location for all of my servicing needs. It is worth the drive passing many other dealerships. When it was time to purchase my next car I contacted Haleen Kia. Previous car purchase experiences have been exhausting, lengthy, adversarial, and quite unpleasant. I always brought others for help and support. My experience at Haleen Kia was just the opposite! I was treated like a beloved family member. I arrived without an appointment. I was promptly greeted by Natalyya Renaudin. She is my all time favorite sales consultant!!! She was very courteous and professional. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. There was no pressure to make decisions or to purchase immediately. She wanted to make sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted at the best price possible. Management were very friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to recommend this dealership to family and friends!!! More

Molly Baron! Molly was absolutely amazing!!! A genuine delight to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all by anything that was discussed. You rarely find people Molly was absolutely amazing!!! A genuine delight to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all by anything that was discussed. You rarely find people that truly enjoy doing what they do...and you can tell Molly loves what she does. She knows the cars and everything you could want/need to know about them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone especially working with Molly! Mark was also great to talk to! More

Horrible Customer Service My salesman couldn’t have cared less to contact me after the sale was completed. My check engine light came on the next time and it took 2 weeks to figure out. I had to call in and find out where my car was and when it was going to be done. No communication whatsoever. They promised gas cards or reimbursed gas for the non hybrid loaner they gave me, never saw that. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy from them again. The internet sales team Lori was great. In store. Not so much. Service manager was the only one who gave me an update once. More

Veterans Beware! I am a USAF veteran and live in Florida. I had one day to purchase a vehicle for my 83 year old mom in Ohio. After several researches, and using my Co I am a USAF veteran and live in Florida. I had one day to purchase a vehicle for my 83 year old mom in Ohio. After several researches, and using my Costco vehicle option, I was referred to Halleen Kia. I called ahead of time to verify Costco discounts and rebates to include a $400 veterans discount. Based on my conversations with this dealership, I flew in and purchased a 2018 Kia Soul for my mom from salesman Michael Seale. Salesman was fine and applied the rebates and discounts. He even verified my veterans status with the DD214 I traveled with. This was an all cash transaction purchase and I was told the veterans discount applied. After going through their finance section, Mr. Seale returned and said since I was out of state resident, they could not apply the veterans discount. Seale said he was told that it is based on "corporate rules." I argued that Kia was all over the world, so why wouldn't they honor it. I called corporate and they said it was an individual dealership prerogative to apply a military discount. I then asked if they offered anything in exchange for the additional $400, which wasn't being discounted (floor mates, free oil service, and even a key chain.) and they said it could not be done. This case is still being reviewed by corporate, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. More
