Well Worth The Visit!! I am glad I came to Bennett. When I came in the door I was greeted by Amanda North, she was very friendly, informative, and professional. I was happy to work with a women buying a car since in the past I have used men and had a very pushy experience. The whole experience was very smooth and I loved the fact that they do no work on commission. I had the chance to speak to Nick who was very professional and informative for information on the radio and Bluetooth questions I had regarding my old vehicle. Then I met Mark, he was very professional and helpful with my questions regarding payments. Next I went to finance and I spoke to Greg, he was professional, organized and informative. My only negative was Greg was a little pushy in trying to sell me the extended warranty. I did get it but at one moment I was very overwhelmed and was going to walk out. Lastly I met Jared in service to set up my tow for my old vehicle, I was a little annoyed that Bennett did not offer to waive the $80 tow fee. I thought that would have been a nice gesture to go the extra mile...but all in all it was a great experience and I will recommend Bennett to my friends and family. Some final thoughts... if the show room were to be redesigned I would make the sales team desk area more private. When I had to call my insurance company on my phone and was talking money/payments with Amanda everyone could hear me and I could hear everyone else's private conversations. Also my car was suppose to be detailed before I left with it, but it was just wiped and vacuumed. It could have used a nice scrub down on the inside (a real "detail"). More
