All of our calls and emails to real humans were addressed and returned promptly, however. Sales experience started with Durwood, then worked with Drew and finally Glen. Each employee listened to what I wanted carefully and tried to accommodate the request as best as they could. We ended up purchasing our vehicle here... Narrowed it down to a Chevy or a Toyota. Non commission sales staff here are looking to get you in the vehicle you want, not the commission check they want. They were there to help us with any questions and provided guidance, but did not "hover" like buzzards over "fresh meat". Overall a good experience and the car is very nice, a 2014 Malibu LT. More

Jim, joe, mark, and the finance team jumped thru SERIOUS hoops to not only approve us at a price we can afford, but serviced the vehicle b4 we left. They were totally no pressure, but the friendliest car sales team I've ever encountered! There wer small glitches and snags, on everybody's part lol, but it all worked out. When we test-drove it, there was a pulse in the brake pedal and they insisted that it was fixed b4 we left. Once we finally left there was still a slight issue, but we brought it right back and they fixed it right then and there even tho it was after 5:30!! We are so grateful in how much everyone went out of their way to help us completely..can't thank Jim mercanto, Joe Cramutola, mark Hendricks, and everyone else who had a 'hand' in our experience enough for all they did- which was ALOT! Much more than I ever expected anyone to do for us! Yes I will definitely refer people, not because of the incentive, but because I know they'll have a great experience just like I did :-) hope God blesses all of you for the hard work you put in and the awesome people you all are! I took both of my parents along as I have never been to a car dealership before. My family and I were met with efficient, friendly salespeople, particularly Drew Ward. He was very capable and knowledgeable, hardworking and accommodating. I ended up driving away in a brand new Chevy Spark, which I am very happy with. Drew and his co-workers stayed late on a Friday night on Memorial Day weekend to make sure all of the details were in order before we left. I am one hundred percent satisfied with my car-buying experience at this location and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. More

First time buying a car I went to Bennett after looking online for months deciding which car I wanted to buy. I had been in contact with Jim Bryant via email. I also received emails from the management staff. I made an appointment for May 24, 2014. I received a confirmation email from Jim that morning, i responded that I would be there. When I arrived Jim greeted me and informed me that he had other customers. I was disappointed. He introduced me to Drew Ward. I told Drew i was interested in buying a Chevy Cruze. I was extremely nervous because I had never bought a car from a dealership before. He put me at ease instantly. He was extremely friendly. Drew answered all my questions, he was straight forward and honest.He walked me through every step. Mark Hendrickson talked me through the financial aspects. He was very friendly and made me very comfortable. The woman who had me sign all the contracts was very nice and made everything very simple.( I am sorry I cannot remember her name. I could not be happier with my buying experience. I love my new car! Everyone at Bennet Chevrolet was very nice and I would recommend them to everyone!! First Class Experience My husband and I visited Bennett Chevrolet on Saturday to check out the clunkers for cash promotion. Our son had moved to California, so we had to get rid of his car because it had reached the end of it's road. We really had no intention on buying a new car this particular day, we were just window shopping. Then Glen Strafella had come out to help us, he explained the clunkers for cash and then went on to asked us if we had looked at the new vehicles and if we had any special model in mind. Our answer was no and we didn't want to go over a specific price range. Glen had suggested the Chevy Malibu. He said he would run some numbers for us and then we could make our minds up from there. Glen spent time making sure that we got all the rebates possible and showed us a figure that was in our price range. He met with his Manage Mark Hendricks and they both approached us with the final figures. Both Glen and Mark were very professional and non pressuring. They wanted the sale, but didn't pressure us into anything. The atmosphere was pleasant and Glen was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. These people really know how to do their job from Glen to Mark to Yasmine who was great with the paperwork. This really says something because my husband isn't the type to make a fast decision and he DID... I got my 2014 Malibu and Love it and Thanks to the folks at Bennett Chevrolet. I would recommend my family and friends anytime! I already started!!! Most Enjoyable Experience! More

I feel as though from the time that I drove onto the lot, all of the employes including Tony Rodio, Mark Hendricks, and Richard(training employee) all worked together in order to make the experience the best all of the employes including Tony Rodio, Mark Hendricks, and Richard(training employee) all worked together in order to make the experience the best possible. They did not force anything upon me, they just let me make my decisions. They were also very personable, speaking from personal experience which allowed for me to feel more comfortable; not only with the purchase I was making but it gave me a sense of ease to speak with them. I feel as though Tony is an excellent salesmen. He helped me to get rid of second thoughts, wondering if this was the right car for me and helped me make the right purchase. Then there was Richard, he is defiantly going to make an excellent edition to the Bennett Chevy dealership. I say this because he was just like Tony, in the sense that he was able to speak from personal experience. Mark was also a great help in making the decision to get the car that I did. At the point that I was going to quit because I thought that I would be unable to get the car, he helped me take a step back and realize that if God wanted this to happen it was going to happen.
