Not honest I came in and felt welcome and come to find out that I was played. And of course they don't care because the already got the money off me. By me been I came in and felt welcome and come to find out that I was played. And of course they don't care because the already got the money off me. By me been a woman and showing up without a man was so easy. when I came back he denied any wrong doing and the manager didn't care either. All them friendly faces were gone. the were quick to get me the wrong car and now can careless about my complaints. More

Also, visited this dealership one year ago and was told to come back in a year and they would be able to do something. I also received an email to contact the GM to help out the deal after I visited and left multiple messages to have him call back and still haven't heard anything. Lastly, they have the rudest person answering the phone, its like a burden that we called. I hope this review gets back to the dealership because this is the first of many reviews. Although Dave helped me through the process, he did provided excellent customer service. More

They make promises just make a deal I just bought a 2015 Dodge Journey. It didn't have Bluetooth, I want the one built in the radio. The salesman said they would put one in for free to m I just bought a 2015 Dodge Journey. It didn't have Bluetooth, I want the one built in the radio. The salesman said they would put one in for free to make the deal. My wife and I said in the radio, they agreed. They told me to bring the car back next week for they can put it in. So next week comes, my wife takes the car on Friday. She waited for the car for 2 hours for aftermarket Bluetooth that I did not want and they didn't even wash the car after they where done. I call up the salesman up told that will not work and they need to remove that, put the one I want. They removed it but said the one I want costs more and they would split the difference. I told them that was not the deal. Salesman then offered remote start to make the deal right. I get there, Mark Hester said no on the remote start cause he is losing money on removing the fake Bluetooth. So no Bluetooth or remote start. I will not go back to that dealership for any services More

Poor service over and over again I went to South Oak in 2007, 2011 and 2012. I must say between 2011 and 2012 the level of service went down. I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger that I went to South Oak in 2007, 2011 and 2012. I must say between 2011 and 2012 the level of service went down. I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger that was nothing but problems. I dealt with the owner’s son Garret Guest and sales rep Jim Matt. These two people were great to deal with. Now Mark Hester on the other hand was the rudest person ever. They sold me a lemon and I got a run around with it many times between the service managers telling me to keep it. Well who wants a new car that has had extensive service and needed new paint due to defects on it? Mark Hester was as ignorant as they come ran my credit many times without my permission and was not willing to back the product he helped sold. Now that I am trying to get a refund on my gap insurance and extended warrantee, once again I am getting the run around. This is the reader’s digest version of my tale of poor service. The long and the short of it, there are better dealers than South Oak and I recommend Bettenhausen over this dealer. Problem here is a few bad apples makes this place bad. I would recommend that they do some house cleaning. Everyone I used to send there has started to go elsewhere for better service and deals. More

What a car! They made this so easy for me. Southoak Dodge went the extra mile for me. As the new 2015 Chrysler 200 has just started to come out, they made sure to get me the exact model with th Southoak Dodge went the extra mile for me. As the new 2015 Chrysler 200 has just started to come out, they made sure to get me the exact model with the specifications that I wanted. I had very specific requirements for color, trim, and options. There was no pressure to look at a model that didn't fit my specifications. The price on the 200 that I purchased was lower than any other dealership was able to offer me. I also got a very fair value on my trade in. As I work late, and wasn't able to get to the dealership prior to 8:30pm, they had several employees stay after closing time to wrap up the deal. Scott Chenoweth was even able to get a lot of information from me over the phone so that when I showed up to purchase the vehicle everything was taken care of very quickly! Mark Hester and the finance team were able to get me a great rate and walked me through several different payment options. To top off the great buying experience, the new 2015 Chrysler 200 is an amazing vehicle and I am very happy with my purchase. More

Good car buying experience I stopped by to check out the Caravan in person after looking and doing research online. South Oak was the only dealer that gave me a price from thei I stopped by to check out the Caravan in person after looking and doing research online. South Oak was the only dealer that gave me a price from their website/internet. EVERYONE was friendly when I walked in the door. Marvin is the sales person i had and he spent the time with me, answering questions, went on test rides with different vehicles, and then NO pressure discussion to work out my deal. We got to a deal that I took that same night! Very easy and pleasant experience. Look up Marvin and he will help you out ! More
