I told her I’d prefer to deal with someone else and she gave me the BEST guy there. Mark Hoover truly made it the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was the third car I’ve purchased and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience. Mark is kind, knows what he’s talking about, and went out of his way to make my experience outstanding. There are not enough nice things to say about this guy, that I hardly know, but after a couple short hours grew to appreiciate so much. Please do yourself the favor and make an appointment with him, I can guarantee you that you will not regret it. Also shout out to Mike for working those bank deals! Definitely consider them for your next car purchase. More

Second rep was no there when we did finalize paperwork failing to have car detailed/cleaned and the dealership didn’t have the keys because he took them home. We arrived at 4:30 and didn’t take posession of our call until 8:30. Very inconvenient to say the least considering I was there one week ago and indicated the date and time we were coming in. The second rep indicated to me that all would be ready after signing paperwork. Obviously that was not true. More
