Shadi Salman went above and beyond presenting the product and explaining financing side. His knowledge of the vehicles and his customer service are topnotch. Shadi Salman is the reason we will be recommending anyone we know in the market for a new vehicle. The entire buying process was quick, and the vehicle was delivered to our house with balloons, and presented to our daughter. Shadi patiently and with in depth knowledge went over all the safety and car features.It was truly one of a kind experience for her as well. I think Ford just gained a new loyal young generation customer for years to come.
