Replace driver seat trim This part had to be ordered and so a date/time was set with Matt to bring my Pilot back. I was told it could take as much as 2 hours. I brought the vehicle back as specified and sat down to read in my Kindle. In about 1 hour, Matt came back and told me everything was complete and he was just finishing the paperwork. I was out of there in about 15 minutes more. In my over 50 years of dealing with dealerships, I have never before been able to say it was a pleasure doing business with one. It has been said before that the Sales staff may sell the first car, but it is the Service staff who sell a customer the rest of them. Matt, Mark, and David are all top-notch. More
