Every time Mark, Matt and Best service department ever!!! I bought my Honda there 5 years ago. I have taken it back there for routine maintenance. Every time Mark, Matt and Dave are very knowledgeable, kind, professional and super nice. They all have worked with me and helped me to find coupons to save $. Once I let the battery die in my car in my garage and could not fit another vehicle in there to jump it. I called the Bartlesville Honda Service department and they sent a tech to come and get me started. My recent experience was with Mark, he let me know everything that needed maintenance and only recommends what is necessary without wasteful spending. They are all so honest and helpful. More

After trying to purchase a CR-V at another Honda dealership that involved several frustrating visits and much wasted time, I was lucky enough to find David Howell at Honda of Bartlesville, and my whole experience changed. In one email I explained what I wanted, requested pricing, and received an immediate and detailed response. My husband and I set up an appointment, traveled to Bartlesville, met with David, and in one afternoon had exactly the vehicle I wanted—with no hassle or nonsense. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated David's professionalism and efficiency. We also enjoyed meeting and working with Dominykas Kvedys, Scott Upton, and Mark Koble. If you want a pleasant, professional experience, visit David and his colleagues at Honda of Bartlesville. You won't be disappointed! More
