Mark Laird, was very helpful right from the beginning. Mark volunteered to help me get a new phone setup for Bluetooth on my original truck. Mark was great! I appreciated his willingness to change his schedule to accommodate mine. And then took the time to find the cell phone holder I had left in my trade I appreciated his willingness to change his schedule to accommodate mine. And then took the time to find the cell phone holder I had left in my trade-in vehicle and send it to me. However, I was not happy with the finane fee of $150. I completed the application on line but no one contacted me before I drove 1,000+ miles to see the car. Had I known you didn't accept personal checks and there was a 3% fee to put the downpayment on a charge card (another dealership I dealt with in the past didn't charge a fee) I could easily have gotten a cashier's check before making the trip. I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Anthony and Lou were knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping me find the right vehicle. The entire process from test-driving to financing was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. Also, one more thing. The bonus that I saw in Anthony and Lou was that they were bilingual, Not only did they informed me about this process, they also informed my father in Spanish. That way we are both on the same page. I felt so comfortable not having to translate to my father. Yes, I can translate, but when it comes to information like this, I’d rather have someone explain it more in debt to my father than me translating bare minimum. So a big shot out to Anthony and Lou!!. More
