And then took the time to find the cell phone holder I had left in my trade-in vehicle and send it to me. However, I was not happy with the finane fee of $150. I completed the application on line but no one contacted me before I drove 1,000+ miles to see the car. Had I known you didn't accept personal checks and there was a 3% fee to put the downpayment on a charge card (another dealership I dealt with in the past didn't charge a fee) I could easily have gotten a cashier's check before making the trip.
