Mark was simply put, Wonderful". From the moment I arrive until the moment I left, he kept me aware of everything going on with the inspection of my car and the oil drip that I went From the moment I arrive until the moment I left, he kept me aware of everything going on with the inspection of my car and the oil drip that I went ther to have them look at. The technician reviewed what needed to be looked, found a minor issue caused by Firestone Car Care and advised me it would cost less if I took the car back to Firestone and let them repair the oil leak. Subaru could have fixed it but Mark indicated they would have to empty the oil, replace the oversized wask Firestone put in (that was causinat's exactly whg the slow oil leak), put in new clean oil and charge me foe an oil change which Firestone should do for free. ThAT'S EXACTLY WHAT i DID. fIRESTONE CORRECTED WHAT THEY DID WRONG AND DID NOT CHARGE ME. Thank you Mark and your technician. More

Had nail in left front tire. Told me not repairable. Mark ordered new coming from CA. Mark arranged a loaner to use. Mark called me Friday letting me know car was ready I wasn' Told me not repairable. Mark ordered new coming from CA. Mark arranged a loaner to use. Mark called me Friday letting me know car was ready I wasn't able to get to dealer that Friday, but he said I could wait until Saturday. Went to pick up car and it was ready. So happy to have it back! The black Subaru Forester was really nice although I am very happy with my beautiful Blue Saphire. More
