Mark Layburn went above and beyond, making my Mom's shopping experience a pleasant one!!! He addressed all of my concerns Re: safety features and the overall capability of the Fusion. I had sold my house and was moving to California. The closing and the day I would leave was a Friday. On Wednesday I began having electrical issues with my 2011 Ford Econoline wagon. I called Otis which closing and the day I would leave was a Friday. On Wednesday I began having electrical issues with my 2011 Ford Econoline wagon. I called Otis which is about 30 miles away and they said bring the car in tomorrow morning, which I did. They got on the car right away and diagnosed it as a bad trailer brake control module, which was not an item kept in stock. Knowing that I had to leave on a trip the next day, Terry in the service department said" I'll overnight it if I have to" . The following day I packed all my remaining possessions in the van went to the lawyers for the house closing then on to Otis Ford where they promptly replaced the defective part.To top it off Terry found that this vehicle had an extended warranty purchased by the previous owner that I didn't know about .Terry sent me to Mark Latham and in about 15 minutes the warranty was transferred to me for a $75 fee.This was all done by Otis Ford in spite of my not buying the vehicle from them, nor the original owner buying from them, and knowing that I was moving across the country and would no longer be their customer. There are just not many dealers that give this level of service.I dought I'll find another dealership as good as Otis Ford. More

I cannot say enough great things about Mark! There is a reason why he has all the awards stacked in his office and hanging on his walls, he is truly a great salesman and all around good man from my experi reason why he has all the awards stacked in his office and hanging on his walls, he is truly a great salesman and all around good man from my experience with him in purchasing my Ford Expedition. We talked about the price they had advertised, he was a good negotiator firm but fair and he didn’t make you feel like it was a fight to the death in the end I got a very fair deal and I think both felt good about it. My journey started 200+ miles from Otis Ford and the trip was well worth my time and effort. I had already gotten finance through a bank but when the proper paperwork didn’t make it to me on time, I called Mark and with in a few hours he had secured new financing for me at a better rate all in less then 24 hours from me picking up my new vehicle. Mark didn’t bother me with excessive phone calls and when he did call it was business friendly and to the point. I had to take the train to pick up my purchase since they were so far away and Mark even picked me up from the station on a Saturday afternoon. The Expedition was delivered to me as if it was a new car and the entire process was perfect. Otis Ford may not look like much from the outside but the people are what makes a business and these people are very very good at what they do. More

I purchased a 2012 Ford Transit Connect from these people who came highly recommended from a friend. I drove an hour to buy my van from them, but I am glad I did. My van actually broke down. When I contacted Otis about this, they had a loaner towed to my home and my van towed to their shop. They repaired the van, delivered it to my business, and even topped off my gas tank. I highly recommend them. Anyone can sell a vehicle, but these great people stand behind their product. It is a family run business, and I truly respect them. More

IF not for particular used car that I want. I will not ever buy or recommend this dealer. The salesman was not friend right from the start. Confusing price quotes. Frankly I don't think they even care if the sale go through. After the sale, my used car was not register properly by the dealer. As result, my plate was suspended by the DMV. I talked to Jennifer, who deal with registration. To my frustration, they constantly tell me "don't worry and everything is fine." I have to visit DMV twice and make dozen of phone calls to realize everything is not fine and my plate is still suspended. Instead of trying to resolve the problem ASAP, I had to call several time to remind them to call DMV to resolve the issue. I understand they are busy this time of the year, but my license plate is suspended. I can't really drive to work. I was disappointed that there was no urgency to help me resolve. This is just not acceptable. More
