Terrible experience at this dealership. I don’t like reading or writing negative reviews, but our car buying experience deserves one.. Salesman was a nice guy. He kept this from being a one I don’t like reading or writing negative reviews, but our car buying experience deserves one.. Salesman was a nice guy. He kept this from being a one star review. Dealership experience was awful. I should have heeded the advice of other reviewers. I will try to keep this short… This dealer was advertising 2 identical Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve vehicles. We made contact with Sarah online and several phone calls. We scheduled a test drive and Sarah said she would be our sales person at the dealership. We drove 3hrs and had phone calls with her 10 mins before arriving at the dealership. Sarah stated she would have one of the Jeeps pulled up front and waiting on us. We arrived and guess what., no Sarah. Our future salesman said, Sarah is an internet contact only. He also said they don’t have either of the two Jeeps available that we came to see. Infuriating to say the least we should have left immediately, but really wanted the Jeep we came for. Salesman said one of the Jeeps sold three days ago and the other one is in the parking garage with a dead battery. The story doesn’t get better. I will skip to the end. We were at the dealership for almost 8 hours. We ended up buying the Jeep with the dead battery, which resulted in returning to the dealer 2 days later for two new batteries. The service experience wasn’t to bad. The financing department was exactly how others have reviewed. They play games, don’t answer simple questions, and hide extra fees until you are signing everything in a rush bc you are there for hours. My review is skipping a lot of detail. This was the single worst car buying experience of my life to date. I have had good experiences at other dealerships. Her is the only reason why we bought the Jeep. We did our research and it was exactly the Jeep we wanted and couldn’t find. More
