Mark is a pleasure to work with! I had a particularly trying situation with changing my lease to Massacusetts from another state, and Mark was incredibly patient and helpful! Mark Lidano is great to work with and is a real salt-of-the-earth gentleman. He spends time understanding your needs then works to find you a great deal. We were trading in an older car for a new o salt-of-the-earth gentleman. He spends time understanding your needs then works to find you a great deal. We were trading in an older car for a new one and had constraints. He found us a Crosstrek Limited that we think is perfect for us. Subaru's have upped their game too which makes it easier. I owned a Mercedes that didn't have the quality and finish of these new models. This is the second car we've bought from Mark so you should definitely contact him if you are thinking of a Subaru. We went in on a Saturday and came to a deal in about 2 hours. We picked it up 2 days later. More

Mark was great to work with. We went over the models I was considering and he reviewed in great detail the differences in them. I went on test drives and was really impressed. Mark really wanted to help me find the perfect car for my needs. I ended up deciding that day what I wanted. I returned a few days later to arrange a trade in of my well loved 2011 Subaru. I couldn't be happier with my Outback Touring. It is full of features that I love, and Mark spent lots of time going over all the features on the car. He even called back a few days later to see if I had any other questions, Happy to be at Cityside where they worked so hard to get me just the right car. More
