I never once felt pressured, when I requested info it was obtained quickly and honestly, and I worked with a great salesman, Mark Lidano. Mark was helpful, caring and made me comfortable throughout the buying process. Buying a car is a huge purchase and not one to take lightly and I felt like Mark understood that and wanted me to find the right car for me. I bought a great car that I love and I couldn’t be happier. When I picked up my new car, Mark took the time to show me all of the features, and he followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was happy and things were going well. After so much anxiety and stress, I can say that I am so happy with the whole process and would absolutely recommend CitySide and Mark Lidano in particular. Thank you Mark! And thank you CitySide! This is our 4th time buying a car from CitySide Subaru and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with. It would have been nice to get a little more on my trade-i and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with. It would have been nice to get a little more on my trade-in, but it was fair. I was very much appreciative and suprised that a personal check was accepted for my balance payment. I will come back when it's time for a new car - but hopefully not for a while! I also plan on getting the major service done at Cityside. More
