For the second time, we had a great experience at CitySide Subaru. We purchased an Outback about five years ago and had a great experience then, as well When it was time to buy another new car we wer CitySide Subaru. We purchased an Outback about five years ago and had a great experience then, as well When it was time to buy another new car we were happy to see that the same dealer, Mark L., was still working at CitySide! It was a breeze to set up an appointment for a test drive and when we fell in love with the Ascent, Mark moved through the paperwork process as quickly as possible. Mark was very honest and patient as we went through the trim levels and did not waste our time or play games. Tom D. in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with and moved us through the financing process with ease. From a COVID stand point we were also pleased to see surfaces being wiped down, hand sanitizing stations and face coverings. We are thrilled with our new Ascent and would highly recommend CitySide Subaru in Belmont... don't forget, ask for Mark! More

Excellent experience. Mark understood my goals and priorities immediately with respect to my new Outback purchase. Complications relating to Covid 19 were minimized.
