I am currently residing part-time in Vermont so most of my experience with Cityside was over the phone and text messages. I live in the city and hadn’t needed a car for the last 30 years. I remember it being a painful experience in the past but the guys are Cityside were attentive and very helpful. Most of my interaction was with Mark Lidano. He was always there to answer my many questions during my wait for my new car which was being shipped to the dealer. I even changed my mind about the color at one point and Mark called me that evening to talk through my options. He even sent me pictures of the other color I was considering so I could make an informed decisions. All in all the experience was top notch. More

I came in several times and emailed Mark before making the purchase and he didn't hide some negatives about the car, such as its lack of a spare tire and less storage space than the usual Crosstrek-I really appreciated knowing this. Because of the COVID situation I was not able to get a full briefing of the car but I can't blame him for that. Its a complicated machine and will take some time to understand. Mark has answered all my questions so far promptly (there will be more). Cityside Subaru has taken good care of me- this is the second car I'be bought through them and the third that they have serviced. More
