I started at Cityside and Rob Gale was there to answer some questions and schedule a test drive. I test drove the Forester and the Crosstrek and Rob highlighted features that would help me decide. He knew I was early in my search and did not haunt me. He sent an email with some links after the test drives, then called to check in several days later, without even a hint of pressure. I test drove other cars, but I ended up selecting the Forester. I checked with other local dealers to get a sense of pricing. Each time, I went back to Rob at Cityside, as he was, by far, the best at educating me on the cars, the process and pricing. For the trim and color I wanted plus the added options, the price was fair and competitive. Thanks to Rob for his sense of humor and fun demeanor - he brought some levity to car-buying that is not something you might normally associate with the experience! More
