Luckily for me, Cityside Subaru had exactly what I was looking for when I was looking for it. The sales people were friendly, and not in your face about anything. The entire time I felt like I was in control of the situation, not the other way around being buried under an avalanche of more products to buy. They answered all my questions before I even asked them. Would recommend Cityside Subaru. The only hiccup in the entire process was dealing with my insurance provider. It took several hours longer than expected and I couldn't pick up the car until the next day. But during that time the people at CitySide Subaru were friendly, helpful and made sure that I understood everything that was going on behind the scenes. More

The blind spot detector and enlarged rear camera crossover view features I felt I wanted in a car. While browsing the inventory list of Impreza's offered at CitySide I saw the car of my dreams: a red 5 door with white interior and all the features I wanted from nav system to power adjust front seat. Within 2 weeks I drove my Venetian red pearl Impreza home. THere were no hassles, no pressures, no games. My salesperson Mark is a gem to work with. He was more than easy about stopping to review items I did not understand, He called me when the car arrived from its readying point in Rhode Island to test drive this particular car.. I was very happy to work with an experienced car salesman who knew the features of the 2017 Impreza like a professional. More
