We came in knowing exactly what we wanted to see (a 2019 Forester Premi We had a very positive experience at Cityside Subaru working with Mark Lidano. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted to see (a 2019 Forester Premium) and Mark was very helpful at getting us set up for a test drive and explaining some of the features of the new model. When it came time to negotiate the price, everything was very straightforward and just felt like a reasonable conversation about trying to reach a fair price.. Mark also offered us a more-than-fair value for our trade-in. We were preapproved for a car loan from our bank, and he checked to see if they could offer us a better rate; when they couldn’t, he didn’t put any pressure on us about using our own financing. Overall ,it was a straightforward and pleasant experience. Things were a little less straightforward in the finance office, where the man who helped us only revealed after we questioned several times that there was room to negotiate on an extended warranty. (Initially he said the prices were set by Subaru and non-negotiable.) But I suppose that’s the nature of a finance office, and even that was a civil conversation and we never felt like anyone was trying to pressure us into anything. I would highly recommend Cityside Subaru. More

He guided us in choosing the right new Forester model for us and then located that model with the color and the exact options we wanted in transit. Within days we had the Forester we had hoped for! Excellent I moved from Redwood City, CA to Waltham, MA. My CA car was not all wheel drive so I decided to sell that car and buy a new car in MA. I did some online research for Subaru's as I have always had good experience with them. I finally called Cityside and spoke with Mark Lindano. Mark spent a lot of time on the phone with gathering information about the kind of car I would like, driving style, distance driving, etc. We finally narrowed it down to a WRX. We set up an appointment for me to come to the dealership and speak with Mark. He greeted me and spent a lot of time with me looking at cars and he set up for me to test drive a WRX. I loved the car, so I purchased it. Mark and the rest of the team at Cityside made the purchase easy. I bought the car in September but did not pick it up until October. They worked with me long distance to get everything in order, helped me with snow tires and made the pick up process very easy. I will definitely continue to use Cityside Subaru and Mark Lindano as my dealer of choice. More
