Great Customer Experience with Mark Lidano I recently purchased a Subaru Forester with the assistance of salesman,, Mark Lidano. Mark had been recommended by a very good friend. Before meet I recently purchased a Subaru Forester with the assistance of salesman,, Mark Lidano. Mark had been recommended by a very good friend. Before meeting him, we spoke on the phone. He was pleasant and truly wanted to know what I was looking for in my new car. I explained my need for a power seat and that truly I do limited driving. Mark asked several questions to better understand which model Forester might fit my needs. I was trading in a 2004 Forester and had less than 50,000 miles. That gave him a picture of my low, low mileage driving and my satisfaction with my previous car for its reliability. I explained that was key for me. No fuss!!! I also indicated that I wanted the whole transaction to be as simple as possible and Mark truly took that to heart and couldn't have been more helpful and clear. When I arrived he had"my car" awaiting me and we took it for a short drive. I only wanted to have the basics explained and we did much of that on the short and smooth riding test. Mark told me that if there was anything that I was on need of further explaining to just give him a call and since he lived in a town nearby , he would just come over to my house to help me!!! That alone says so much about how Mark is a great guy with a warm heart and the needs of his customers come as a top priority. I am delighted to say that Mark and my Subaru have more than satisfied a gal who needed a car, but wanted all things to go without a fuss. Thanks, Mark Lidano for being a gem!!! We also spent some time with Mike Nelson who has a job to try to sell more services and insurance. He did a good job. But when I tried to limit additional service and said that is my final answer,he kept going which I found to be unnecessary as we had reviewed things for at least 45 mins. I know that is his job, but I would have been happier if he took my final word without continuing to keep pressing his sale. More

Separately, we want to give a giant shout out to Mark Lidano, the salesperson who sold us this car, our previous Outback in 2015, and perhaps the one before that. Great shopping experience I was in the market for what I had decided was going to be a Subaru Crosstrek, which would end up being my 4th Subaru. My daughter had bought a Subaru I was in the market for what I had decided was going to be a Subaru Crosstrek, which would end up being my 4th Subaru. Once we selected our car he made the entire process incredibly easy -- most of it I did from my office without having to return to the dealership until pick up date.
