I had set my mind on a Subaru after much on line research and my son's experience with Forester (in PA). My good friend suggested this dealership and I went with him and selected the car with loads of features. My experience with the sales person was very pleasant. He advised on numerous issues ranging from the features of the car to financing as well. When it came time for the paperwork, it was efficient and highly professional. The car was ready for delivery at the time promised to me and I was able to close this deal and have sufficient time to go return my leased car at a different dealership. The sales person went through and explained all the features in this new car in great details and I am very much enjoying driving my new car. I have great praises for the people at CitySide Subaru. More

We were referred to Mark Lidano from a friend and it was truly the best experience we ever had. He was super professional and friendly and tried to make sure we understood every step along the way. We had some very specific requests and Mark helped us get everything ready and find a car. Even though it took about 4 weeks for them to find the car we wanted he updated us frequently and always let us know what was going on. We are very happy with the car we picked up yesterday and everything was hassle free. I can definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Lidano!!! More

Met me where I wanted to be I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered the market, and I had done my research. I tried working with a couple other dealerships and they refused t I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered the market, and I had done my research. I tried working with a couple other dealerships and they refused to work with me on actual numbers, instead trying to talk about mystical numbers that apparently added up for them. I had visited cityside first for my test drive and came running back as fast as I could. Mark Lidano was personably, and took the time to get to know me. When I said I was ready to make a deal, we talked ACTUAL numbers and came to an agreement we could all live with. My girlfriend is going to get a new car in the next couple of years, I am going to try to convince her to get a Subaru from Cityside. More
