Went in to Cityside and talked to Mark. Told him what I was looking for. Mark worked with me with no pressure and found the vehicle I am happy with. Picked up the 2021 Forester the next Told him what I was looking for. Mark worked with me with no pressure and found the vehicle I am happy with. Joyce and I enjoyed our visit with Mark during the car purchase. We bought the new Outback which we love. Mark was so helpful and he definitely knew in depth about the car. We were in Boston for a short visit and found the Crosstrek Wilderness that we had been looking for on Cityside's website. We had a limited amount of time to work with, but Mark Lidano was courteous Crosstrek Wilderness that we had been looking for on Cityside's website. We had a limited amount of time to work with, but Mark Lidano was courteous and great to work with. We were able to take a test drive and negotiate a deal that was a bit more complicated due to us being from out of state, like halfway across the country. Tom got us through the financing and paperwork with ease. Cityside had the car prepped and we were out the door with no issues whatsoever. As a bonus, Dolly, one of the office puppies was more than happy to let us sit and scratch her ears while we waited.
