Everyone at the dealership was courteous. Wait time for my vehicle was kind of long but they did bumper to bumper inspection, refilled fluids, changed the oil and checked the brakes. I hadn't planned to purchase the day i went in but it all went pretty well. Mark was great to work with. We made adjustments to the warranties later and was pleasantly surprised how well that was handled. We went pretty well. Mark was great to work with.
