I have purchased several cars from this dealership. I service all of my vehicles there. Lately I feel the service has declined. You try to oversell, offer me things I don't need, and get snarky when I I service all of my vehicles there. Lately I feel the service has declined. You try to oversell, offer me things I don't need, and get snarky when I don't buy them. Mark told me I needed $2000 worth of service when I said no he looked through all of the recommendations, deleted half of them and then said I only needed $1000 worth of service. This is extremely shady to me and makes me lose trust in your dealership. It's unfortunate. More

Rental car desk took my reserved Tacoma away. Would not give me one. Even though there was one in a rental bay. Wanted to give me a smaller sedan either no cargo space. They finally gave me a Highlander after I was going to reschedule my visit due to Devon’s interaction with the rental desk. Young woman at rental desk was very incompetent. Next day I went to put my trailer hitch on rental, I realized I could not do my tasks since there was not a receiver, as you know that’s why a like or close to like is why I reserved a Tundra. Service.. service called said truck ready. It wasn’t, I had to return a few days later after it was completed. Lack of clear communication with service. The customer service with scheduling as each other covers each others shifts aren’t all on the same page as far as each others clients regards. All in all your group always takes care of us well but more hiccups this time than in the past. We are grateful for what you do, I’m just giving you feedback as do you can smooth out the bumps! More
