Mark seems grumpy all the time when interacting. I didnt like how the associate bringing my car up dealt with me. I thought they would call out my name or deliver my key to me. Instead it was parked I didnt like how the associate bringing my car up dealt with me. I thought they would call out my name or deliver my key to me. Instead it was parked in front of the service entry. I sat there for nearly 30 minutes. I finally asked why I couldn't get in my car and he rudely indicated it was right there and ready for me. Again I had no idea I just had to wait to see it and my key would be inside as that wasnt explained. Ive been consistently disappointed in toyota services over the years and years of being a customer and family being a customer.
