We went to the dealership to buy a car for our daughter. Mark Masen was great! He did a great job in getting us exactly where we wanted to be in terms of price. The only thing we did not like was how pushy Mark Masen was great! He did a great job in getting us exactly where we wanted to be in terms of price. The only thing we did not like was how pushy the finance guy was about buying a warranty. I understand that it is part of their job, but when a customer says no, they usually mean it. More
