There were no games and they took I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted. Mark Mauricio and the GM were able to work with me from there. There were no games and they took care of me, treating me with respect and honesty. They even washed my car for me after my road trip to Dallas the following weekend. Considering I went to or contacted every dealership in the Houston area, I can honestly say these guys were the only ones who did not try to mess around with me. There were no post-negotiation added fees or nickel-and-dime shenanigans with protection packages or the like - It was straightforward and legitimate, a great experience overall. I couldn't be happier with my car and I know where I'll be looking first when it comes time to upgrade. More
