I have never had an experience so amazing at a cardealership ever. I worked with Kevin who assisted me in my purchase of my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable, did not pressure me at all, gave me all the details upfront, and provided amazing customer service. He made me feel like I was hanging out with my best friend rather than sitting in a car dealership for hours. My credit isn’t the greatest and I was still made to feel like I was a top priority for Kevin and the dealership. I was blown away at the way I was treated, and cared for like I was the richest person in the world. Kevin and his manager Mark made sure I left in the vehicle I wanted and Sara, the finance specialist, made sure she got me the best rate, and explained everything thoroughly on the back end. Mark, the manager, was amazing as well. He even went out of his way to make fresh cookies at 3pm just because we loved the ones they had in the waiting area! Next time I am in need of a car, I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back and asking for Kevin as my salesman because the customer service was top tier. Side note: I don’t even work in sales or the car industry but I would love for Mark to be my manager ANY DAY! You can tell he deeply cares for his employees, and customers, and makes the workplace fun (which is rare in a manager these days). Kevin, Mark, and Sara, if I could give you all a million stars out of five I would. Thank you for going the extra mile to not only to make my deal happen for me, but for also making me feel valued, and special. You are all so very rare in the car industry, and I truly appreciate all that you’ve done for me. More

As a 50+ year-old man, I’ve purchased several cars in my lifetime. I have dealt with tons of car salesman’s and dealerships. I have never encountered a better, no pressure, easy-going, informative, and qu lifetime. I have dealt with tons of car salesman’s and dealerships. I have never encountered a better, no pressure, easy-going, informative, and quick to act sales person as Naimul "Que" Sadeque. Que, as he likes to be called, was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the business and was super knowledgeable about every aspect about the car I was looking at. I bought this car from out of state without even driving it. Working one on one with Q. He went above and beyond every day to make me happy and provide the data that I needed. I would call him with random request to take pictures of the car, open the trunk, look at the grill, give me a picture really close to the bumper, etc. Often times Que would FaceTime me. He would take great pictures. He never made me wait. If I had technical issues, he was able to answer those. Que was able to provide all necessary information (above and beyond) that in my history dealing with car salesman, that they typically cannot. “I would buy every car I own for the rest of my life from Que if I could!” That is high praise indeed! In this day & age, with sales prices being set. Que is the type of person that you want selling your cars. He is genuinely interested and passionate about what he does. Comes across as very professional And makes you feel like he’s selling the car to someone in his family. He’s not out to make a quick buck, but a lasting relationship with his customers. I felt his first priority was to always make the customer happy. As for the dealership itself, I was quite impressed with the air conditioned showroom, air condition service bays and extremely happy about the ceramic coating that Benz & Beemers puts on their cars. It certainly didn’t hurt that the dealership had an excellent car, in fantastic condition that I was interested in. I will say that Tara in the business office was very effective, knowledgeable and helpful. She worked with my (out of state) banker and between the two of them, they made purchasing this vehicle very easy. But it was Que who brought it all together and he made the purchase absolutely seamless. I will give Benz & Beemers (AZ) my highest review for a car dealership. And of course I give Que all the accolades for a great job. Well done. He made me comfortable. I was able to sleep at night knowing that even though I didn’t see the car live or test drive it, I was getting a high-quality product. Que is a true asset to that dealership. Thanks to all. More

I can’t stress enough how wonderful this dealership truly is. My whole family and myself have bought numerous of vehicles here and it’s all thanks to Danny. No matter what goes on he’s always there to assist us in any way possible he can. Jack the owner has always been very kind to us as well and accommodates us any way he can. We’ve had had all kinds of vehicles and have shopped around many car dealerships but trust me when I say this, this dealership is by far the best one! I don’t know how they manage to get the best vehicles around the country but if you’re looking for a clean/well maintained/well loaded car pls look no further, they really do offer a variety spectrum of cars. Please don’t overlook this dealership and if you do decide to give it a go request Danny cause I promise you he’ll do miracles !! More

It was a pleasant surprise when Andy appeared to guide me through my visit; he was the same personable salesperson who helped me purchase my BMW 3 Series back in 2018. I felt an instant connection as I informed him I was interested in two specific BMWs, and he promptly took me to see them, clearly excited to help me find the right vehicle. Despite the sweltering heat of the day, Andy went above and beyond. I had my wife on FaceTime, and he patiently detailed the features of each vehicle, ensuring she could engage in the decision-making process from afar. His genuine commitment to providing an exceptional experience was evident when, after our visit, he took the time to create a personal video for us. In the video Andy showcased all the vehicle's features and offered a thorough visual tour of the interior and exterior, making us feel valued and involved in our car-buying journey. Once I decided to purchase one of the BMWs, the process unfolded seamlessly. I informed the team that I would be using my own financing and secured my choice with a deposit while signing the paperwork. It was as smooth and efficient as my previous experience had been, free of any complications. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a $500 discount on my new X1 for being a returning CBB Advantage customer!
