Each time we brought the car in for service we were surprised to experience great customer service from each employee that we worked with. All the workers greet you with a smile and say hello, they walk you through everything and are sure to answer any questions that you have about anything, and the waiting area is awesome (especially the coffee machine!) We've enjoyed our experiences with Gates so much that we chose to get another lease with them. Again, the experience was smooth and each employee that we worked with greeted us with smiles and made sure to answer all of our questions. The facilities are beautiful and clean, even the garage where they work on the cars! More
