We were trying to decide between a sedan and SUV and finally settled with a used Q50 sedan that had everything that we wanted and was priced right. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the dealership and highly recommend Infinity of Birmingham to anyone looking for a great product with a professional knowledgeable staff. More

Start to finish, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I came in 2hrs before close on Christmas eve and was out the door with a car before they closed. The sales manager, Mark Mitchell came over and personally thanked me for my business. Rare in todays world to have a top sales professional and sales manager at the same dealership. I even liked the finance manager Brooke. She was very through and gave me all of the options without being pushy. Give Karen and her team a try. You will be glad you did!! More

She explained all the documents we signed and received. It was a wonderful experience to have such a thorough and patient salesperson as Karen Lloyd. We had to come back the next day to bring some documents we had forgotten on our car being traded in, and then she spent over two hours patiently going over every feature of the car and helped us set it up for our preferences. By the way, this was supposed to be her day off. More

I can say without hesitation that this was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Courtney was knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to work with. I was a happy Q40 owner and wanted another one but the model was discontinued. Courtney did everything she could to make a Q50 work for me, and now I can’t imagine owning anything else. More
