I am satisfied with the offer of trade in and the price. After, a couple of hours in the office I felt at home and like I had new friends. We first visited to test drive the 2019 QX50 that we’d seen on Cars.com. While we loved the car, there were some features we wanted that weren’t available on the Pure that we test-drove. Josette was sensitive to our budget, helped us to prioritize my “have to’s” and “extras”, and searched the fleet until she found my car! She was honest about the features that are nice to have but that drivers often report using less than one might initially think. Once I test drove it and went home to discuss with my husband, she worked to prepare the paperwork so that we had a quick, easy, and seamless signing experience. Josette and her team at Infiniti Birmingham were a dream to work with! They are definitely individuals I hope to work with again in the future. More

I really wanted a QX80 for the towing ability and passenger space, but was also considering a Toyota Sequoia, Tahoe or Surburban. Karen and I emailed a few times over the 3 years and was always very patient with me. June 14th, 2019 I stopped by Infiniti of Birmingham to see what was on the used lot but had no intentions of buying a vehicle that day. Karen walked out of the showroom and patiently showed me the used QX80s. I found a '16 QX80 that met my needs and bought on the spot. I would highly recommend her. More
