As always Mark Norman was great. I was able to schedule the service on line , walk in and give him my keys and walk out. He knows me and my family's vehicle. Mark - Went the extra mile to insure the Parts Department had the correct oil in stock for the 3.0L Duramax. Because the 3.0L Diesel engine is a new option for 2020, a pricing structure for servicing my truc had the correct oil in stock for the 3.0L Duramax. Because the 3.0L Diesel engine is a new option for 2020, a pricing structure for servicing my truck had to be calculated and quoted. NOT ONLY WAS THE CORRECT OIL USED (oil spec'd for oil change by other dealer in area was incorrect, possibly causing damage to engine), Mark also insured any Service Bulletins open on vehicle were addressed. Mark is one of the Best Service Advisors that I've every had the pleasure of dealing with! I feel very comfortable that my truck will be serviced correctly the next time Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro is tasked to do so. More
