We would like to know more about the situation to determine a course of action. General Motors determines warranty claims on vehicles that are still under factory warranty, which yours should be with under 30,000 miles on it. Additionally, General Motors compensates us for warranty work so there would be no good reason for us to not "honor" the warranty. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. Cadillac does offer customers $800 towards the replacement of certain model headlights. However, the cost of the actual repair exceeds the credit Cadillac offers. If in explaining the Cadillac replacement program we somehow caused confusion please accept our apologies as that was not our intent. We will do better in the future explaining the program.
