He was so knowledgeable of all the details and really helped us with the whole process We ordered a Subaru Outback with help and guidance from Mark. He was so knowledgeable of all the details and really helped us with the whole process (which felt quite daunting). When we picked up our car it was in the evening and we had our tired (and crazy) young daughter with us and between Mark and Ryan (finance) we ended up having fun, which I never thought could be possible buying a car!!
