We had a great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. From the time we drove up to the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and “how can we help you today?” Our sales guy, Mark Ogden, was so patient and knowledgeable with our many questions and showing us all our options. ( I never knew it could be so easy and painless to purchase a car) I will add, I touched every Ascent on the lot and drive everyone crazy! We made our choice FINALLY🤣. We want to sign paperwork and surprise, again , easy breezy! .It was back to Mark, who introduced me step by step to my new Ascent! What can I say except.. thank you so much for changing my mind on car purchasing and forever making me a member of the family at Subaru of Jacksonville!! We were in the market for a midsize sedan and decided on a 2022 Subaru Legacy Limited. We shopped several dealers and after a lot of vetting we went with Subaru of Jacksonville. We were actually on a cruise a 2022 Subaru Legacy Limited. We shopped several dealers and after a lot of vetting we went with Subaru of Jacksonville. We were actually on a cruise ship when we closed the deal and our sales rep Mark Ogden handled everything seamlessly from getting the max on our trade sight unseen to getting to the final financed number to lock down the deal. We have been very impressed with Mark as he kept us in the loop to make sure when we drove from the port to take delivery after getting back from vacation there would be no issues and there were not it went very smoothly/efficiently as we live in north Florida and are right at 4 hrs from the dealership one way. He also took the time to make sure to show us all the features on the vehicle and made sure we were completely comfortable before making the drive back home. He called the next day to make sure we got home ok and didn't have any additional questions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Mark the chance to earn your business and at least match or beat your best deal. We will give Mark every opportunity we can for any of our and also family/friends future auto needs so give him the chance you will not regret it!!! More

From the first contact I was greeted with such friendliness. Savannah, from customer service, quickly returned my email submission with a pleasant conversation which answered many of my questions. Our conversation led me to drive 1 hour to see some used and new vehicles. Savannah set me up with Mark which led to an amazing car buying experience-No pressure and honest pricing and a genuine salesman that stayed past closing time to show me everything in my first BRAND NEW Subaru Crosstrek!
