Overall, I had a great experience buying a new Crosstrek at Subaru of Jacksonville. The few people I spoke to were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. No one was pushy if I said no to something and if I h at Subaru of Jacksonville. The few people I spoke to were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. No one was pushy if I said no to something and if I had any questions I could think of, they were answered to the best of the person's ability and knowledge. This was my first time buying a Subaru and I'm looking forward to having a positive experience through further interactions at the dealership and at the service center. One thing I wished was discussed more was possible options. I went in planning on a used car but the options were limited and ultimately buying a new car was a better deal. However as it was my first car buying experience, I wasn't aware of other possible options/accessories that could be added/removed to the car, or even factory-order a new vehicle. Unfortunately the dealership did not have the car in a color I especially wanted nor did it have any extra features (like wireless car charging, heated seats, sunroof, etc). I think if I was made aware of possible other cars than the one I looked at and test drove, perhaps I could have been more informed and gotten more of what I was looking for. Part of that is on me the consumer, but I think it would've helped (and even possibly earned the dealership more money). Overall, Mark was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He made my mom and I comfortable at the dealership and made the whole experience feel less stressful. Jessica with finance was also very friendly and helpful. Although I was offered a more expensive package up front, it was only after saying I couldn't afford it that I was offered a less expensive package. Since purchase, I have contacted my salesperson with any additional questions I had and he has been very helpful. I'm thankful for this first car buying experience and will take what I've learned for when I inevitably buy another car in the future. More

Honest helpful and knowledgeable. It really dosen't get better as far as service and confidence in a purchase then the good ole boy's of Subaru. After much consideration, my husband and I knew we wanted a Subaru because it was such a safe car. We went to Subaru of Jacksonville and Mark Ogden took care of us. We went in knowing we wanted the base trim a Subaru because it was such a safe car. We went to Subaru of Jacksonville and Mark Ogden took care of us. We went in knowing we wanted the base trim because that was in our budget - Mark was very personable and did not try to upsell us at all. He answered all of our questions and made the car buying process an easy one. Even after the sale, he let us know that he was available if we had further questions. He even went the extra mile and sent us a handwritten thank you card. We highly recommend Mark for your car buying needs. More
