I had an appointment after waiting 1 month, when I got to the service part I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and when I asked they told me that I had to wait. When I complained because I had 30 minutes the service part I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and when I asked they told me that I had to wait. When I complained because I had 30 minutes waiting, they told me that they couldn't do anything else. A service person yelled at me that if I had any problem, I would talk to the manager. The manager was present and at no time did he address me. When you try to find another appointment at other dealers, they give you an appointment within a month and a half to three months. Who wants to buy or have a Hyundai under these scenarios Terrible and bad attention. More

I left my brand new car for service because it had a leak which could not be detected but the car was flooded in the inside... there was a lake in the back seat floor. A month later... no news , impossible t which could not be detected but the car was flooded in the inside... there was a lake in the back seat floor. A month later... no news , impossible to talk to anyone or get a return call...Very upsetting and frustrating! Mr. Perry was going on vacation Mr. Wells was supposed to take over and call me within a week... It's been over a month! The only decent thing about this issue was that they gave me a loaner to move around. Three month old car! More

Purchased new 23 santa fe 6 weeks ago and it's been at shop for 5 weeks getting service and they can't find problem.so they told me to file lemon law on car so they can wash their hands go figure. I am st shop for 5 weeks getting service and they can't find problem.so they told me to file lemon law on car so they can wash their hands go figure. I am stuck with a lemon as they labeled it. They are making me deal with hyundai rather than correct the issue themselves. Never again will I buy from them. They don't provide the service a customer should get. More
