He was very patient, a good listener, and worked to satisfy OUR needs and wants instead of vice versa. As a result, we were very comfortable with the car buying process. The no haggle pricing was the best for the model and options at the time in the city. I was surprised that the platinum protection plan was worth purchasing! This was a no pressure sale full of haggling and taking hours on end. It was quote the opposite. The finance team was awesome as well. Highly recommend for new or used Infiniti purchase! It's worth the drive in spite of the heavy traffic! More
